Our hospitals rated as "Good"

The two hospitals that make up University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust (University Hospital in Coventry and the Hospital of St Cross in Rugby) received a 'Good' rating for their quality of services and an 'Excellent' rating for their performance against priorities set during the Department of Health's 2008 - 2011 planning round.

The ratings are carried out by the Care Quality Commission, the new health and social care regulator for England. Their aim is to ensure better care for everyone in hospital, in a care home and at home
