Complaints

PALS (Patient Advice and Liaison Service) aims to resolve your concerns before they become something more serious. However, if you still want to make a complaint, the NHS Complaints Procedure exists to investigate all complaints.

Any member of staff can inform you of how to lodge a complaint and a leaflet is available informing you of the process. Should you need any help or support in making a complaint, Patient Advisers will be happy to help you, but we will not investigate the complaint ourselves.

For more details please download a leaflet.

Care Quality Commission

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the independent regulator for all health and social care services in England. The CQC cannot investigate individual complaints but can be contacted directly for information and advice, and to share feedback and experiences with them about health and social care services.

They can be contacted via the contact details below, but also online via the following link on their website.
