As an NHS Foundation Trust our patients, staff and members of the public can become 'members' of the Trust. Although our consultation is now closed, you can still sign up as a member, if you haven’t done so already, at any time. This means you can be involved in shaping the future of your healthcare services. While visiting this site, we hope you will take the opportunity to apply for membership.
