Public Consultation Underway

University Hospitals Coventry & Warwickshire NHS Trust has now launched a public consultation on its plans for Foundation Trust status.

During the next 12 weeks (until December 2009) we will be consulting patients, carers, staff, partners and members of the public about our plans and ideas and would welcome your views.

This outlines our proposals in detail and gives information on how Foundation Trust status would work at the Trust. If you would like to comment on what you have read, do fill out the online questionnaire to give us your feedback instantly. We will be taking all views and suggestions we receive into account as we further develop plans for our services.

It may be that you prefer talking face-to-face and that’s fine with us. We’ll be out and about in the community over the next 12 weeks, bringing information directly to you and answering your questions. We’ve listed upcoming Events here online so you can find out when we’ll be in a location or venue convenient to you.

As an NHS Foundation Trust our patients, staff and members of the public can become 'members' of the Trust. This means you can be involved in shaping the future of your healthcare services. While visiting the site, we hope you will take the opportunity to apply for membership. Just visit the Membership page to fill out and submit your form online.
