Condition Checks

All patient condition checks requested by the media must be made via the Communications Office on 024 7696 7596 or 024 7696 7598.

Please do not contact the wards direct.

Patient details will only be released if you have:

• the correct spelling of the name
• the date of birth or age
• the address of the patient concerned
• and only if the patient or next of kin consents to information being released.

Only a brief indication of the condition of the patient will be given, such as the patient is stable or comfortable or critically ill.
