The Press Office is responsible for media relations on behalf of University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust.

Media enquiries
During office hours, all media enquiries should be directed to the Press Office on tel 02476 967596 or 07717 660194(mobile) where they will be dealt with appropriately. This is particularly important in ensuring that information given about University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is accurate, consistent and up to date.

Out-of-hours and weekends
Outside office hours the on-call Press Officer will deal with enquiries from journalists. The duty Press Officer can be contacted on: 07717 660194 or via the hospital switchboard tel on 02476 964000.

Condition checks
Patient condition checks should be referred to the Press Office during office hours on 02476 967596 tel or via 07717 660194 mobile out of hours. Please note that with requests for patient information the Press Office first needs to seek consent from the patient/relatives. Without consent, no patient information can be disclosed.

Filming requests
University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust receive many requests for documentary and location filming. All proposals will be considered and accommodated where possible or appropriate. Proposals for filming can be e-mailed (see contact details).
