University Hospital on Site Nursery
The Busy Bees nursery is open 7am-6:30 pm Mon to Fri for children aged 3 months to 7 years.
The Trust offers childcare vouchers which can save 8.4-10% on the cost of child care. Staff can choose to receive a proportion of their salary as childcare vouchers.
The Social Club
University Hospital has an on site social club with free membership for staff. The Social Club has Sky TV, has a full food menu and is available to hire.
Occupational Health Service
University Hospital has a dedicated on site Occupational Health Service, which operates to help our staff stay fit and well, including diet and health checks and a flu vaccination programme.
Flexible Working Options
Staff have the option to request flexible working where possible, to fit working hours around family life and responsibilities outside work to create a good quality work life balance.

University Hospital’s Faith Centre is committed to providing pastoral, spiritual and religious support and care to staff. The Faith Centre and its individual prayer rooms are open at all times and are available for prayer, for people of all faiths and none.
Our staff can take advantage of a reduced rate of membership at several sports and leisure facilities throughout Coventry and Rugby.
