Patient Access Policy

We are committed to providing timely access to services and treatment for all patients that are referred into hospital.

The NHS Constitution gives patients the right to access services within maximum waiting times, or for the NHS to take all reasonable steps to offer you a range of suitable alternative providers if this is not possible.

The Trust has developed a Patient Access Policy to ensure that you are aware of your rights and responsibilities when you are referred to UHCW NHS Trust.
