Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) System at Hospital of St Cross, Rugby Public Car Parks

A new car parking system is in effect across public car parks at the Hospital of St Cross, Rugby.

The new system aims to improve security and increase payment options available to patients and visitors to the hospital site.

New payment machines have been installed and dedicated car parking attendants will be available to help visitors with the new machines.

Important information

  • The pay and display machines will no longer be in action and instead cameras will read your number plate as you enter the car park.
  • Please find a parking space within the marked bays; please do not park on pavements or verges.
  • Make sure you know the correct registration of your vehicle, if you are unsure take a photo or write it down; you need to enter your registration to pay for your parking.

How to pay

  • Pay at one of the new payment machines before you exit the car park. Enter your full, correct vehicle registration in order to pay.
  • You can pay by cash, card and contactless at the payment machines.
  • You can also pay using the PAYBYPHONE mobile app.

Payments can also be made after you have left the site before midnight the same day. To do this:

  • Use the PAYBYPHONE mobile app
  • Visit www.paybyphone.co.uk
  • Text REG and your registration to 65565
  • Call 03304007275 and follow the instructions.
