Changes to our pre-operative assessment process from Monday 4th May

On Monday 4th May, UHCW is updating its Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system to support the pre-operative assessment process for patients.

These changes will help our teams collect the right information, review it faster and keep track of where patients are in the pre-operative process.

We are also improving some of our digital forms, which should reduce duplication and help us keep a clearer record of patient progress.

Behind the scenes, we are adding checks and better reporting so we can monitor and identify issues sooner.

If you are registered for our patient portal, myhealth Coventry and Warwickshire, you may receive an online questionnaire. Please complete this as soon as you can - this helps us prepare for your appointment and avoids having to ask the same questions again.
