Choose the right healthcare service before visiting our Emergency Department

Our health and care services are exceptionally busy at the moment, with high peaks in demand for our Emergency Departments and ambulance services.

Teams are working hard to respond but for those who lives are not in imminent danger, emergency services are asking people to continue to support their local NHS and to contact 111, visit Coventry or Rugby Urgent Treatment Centre (opens in new window) or speak to their pharmacist or GP for healthcare advice.

This will help keep services available for those who urgently need them, and we are hugely grateful for the ongoing support of the public in this.

Our new improved and larger University Hospital Minor Injuries Unit is open on ground floor, near main reception.
