Finalists revealed for the Outstanding Service and Care Awards (OSCAs) 2023

Following a record-breaking year for nominations, we are delighted to reveal the finalists for our Outstanding Service and Care Awards (OSCAs) 2023.

The quality – as well as the quantity – of submissions was exceptionally high, showing the lengths our staff at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire (UHCW) NHS Trust go to every day to support each other and deliver high quality patient care.

UHCW Chief Executive Officer, Professor Andy Hardy, said: “Congratulations to all colleagues and teams who have been shortlisted across each of our categories – it is an incredible achievement.

“The OSCAs never cease to amaze and I feel extremely proud of the inspirational impact that colleagues have on the lives of so many.”

Winners will be revealed at what promises to be a memorable NHS 75 themed ceremony at Binley Banqueting Suite, Coventry, on Friday 22nd September.

Everyone who made the longlist for the OSCAs will receive a certificate detailing their full submitted nomination to celebrate their achievements.
