The ISS Partnership Award is for an individual or teams that has demonstrated exceptional collaboration and cooperation to bring benefit to patients, staff or visitors to the hospital. This award is to honour the value and impact of ISS staff working with UHCW colleagues together toward shared goals.
This award recognises outstanding partnerships that have made a tangible difference to the delivery of NHS services. It celebrates collaborations between UHCW and Mitie that demonstrate innovation, mutual benefit and improved outcomes for patients and staff. Successful entries will showcase how effective partnership working has led to meaningful improvements in care quality, patient experience, workforce support, or operational efficiency. Judges will be looking for clear evidence of joint working and measurable impact.
This award is for patients and members of the public to say thank you. It recognises individuals or teams who have made a real difference to your care, whether in hospital or in the community. Please share how the member of staff/team have made a difference to the patient experience and tell us how they've showed compassion, dedication, or helped you in a way you'll never forget.
