Trust Board

Our Trust is co-led by Sue Noyes, Chair of the Trust Board, and Andy Hardy, Chief Executive Officer, who oversees the day-to-day running of the Trust.

On the Trust Board there are Executive Directors (called Chief Officers), and independent Non-Executive Directors including one nominated by the University of Warwick. We also have an Associate Non-Executive Director.

Non-Executive Directors are appointed by NHS England and NHS Improvement.

The Chief Officer and Non-Executive Directors of the board have a collective responsibility for decisions which ensure the successful operation of our organisation. They all have important roles in ensuring the probity of our activities and contributing to the achievement of our objectives, always keeping in mind the best interests of our patients and the wider public.

Our Trust board’s declarations of interests can be found within the Trust’s annual report.
