Trust Board

Our Trust is led by Andy Hardy, Chief Executive Officer and Andy Meehan, Chairman. On the Trust Board there are five Executive Directors, five Non-Executive Directors drawn from the local community and a Non-Executive Director nominated by the University of Warwick.

At present our Non-Executive Directors are appointed by NHS Improvement.

The Executive and Non-Executive Directors of the Board have a collective responsibility for decisions which ensure the successful operation of our organisation. They each have an important role in ensuring the probity of our activities and contributing to the achievement of our objectives, always keeping in mind the best interests of our patients and the wider public.
