Dedicated nursing service supporting the assessment and management of people living with complex wound needs at dedicated clinics across the city and in their own homes, for those who are housebound. The wound healing service takes a multi-disciplinary approach, with shared care models of care and encouragement of self-care where reasonable and safe to do so. Patients living in Coventry with a Coventry registered GP and living with a non-healing wound are eligible for a review by a registered health professional in the team.
Service operational hours - 8.30 – 5pm Monday to Friday, closed on Bank Holidays.
