Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs)

We are working together to redesign services around neighbourhoods, so people receive timely, joined‑up care and support closer to home.

Our first Integrated Neighbourhood Team (INT), comprising staff from across our partners began working together in December 2025 around one area of Coventry. The team is based in Tile Hill Health Centre supporting people living in South West Coventry – stretching from Spon End to Eastern Green. This wave one site will develop the operating model for an INT and will be scaled to deliver a proven model of care across the city.

Six INTs are being developed to bring health, care and community support together around residents, focussing on what matters to them and enabling them to live happy healthy lives.
