Our Partners

We are a partnership of all the agencies responsible for delivering health, care and support services in Coventry, including acute hospitals, GPs and primary care, mental health services, the local authority and the local authority working together to improve physical and mental health outcomes, support wellbeing and reduce health inequalities for our population.
