  Since 2001 Dr Sothi has been leading the Neuroendocrine Oncology service for patients in the North and South Warwickshire region receiving referrals from UHCW, South Warwickshire Foundation Trust and George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust. She supports the weekly neuroendocrine multidisciplinary meetings.
  
  Dr Sothi has been actively involved in clinical trials. Over the 20 years Dr Sothi has been Principal investigator and co-investigator for a number of national and commercial trials in UGI and HPB malignancies. She was Principal Investigator for the NET02 trial looking at the second line chemotherapy in poorly differentiated Neuroendocrine carcinomas. She has been involved in a number of publications related to clinical trials.
