Graduated from the University of Manchester in 2000 having completed a BSc at St Andrews University. In 2016 I was appointed to the advanced training hand fellowship in Oxford and, upon completion, gained my Certificate in Trauma and Orthopaedic Training (CCT) and Diploma in Hand Surgery (Manchester University) in 2017.
I was appointed as Hand and Wrist Consultant at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire (UHCW) in June 2017. I have a keen interest in how inflammatory conditions, such as rheumatoid arthritis, affect the hand and wrist and in providing optimal function following hand injuries. I am also educational lead for the T&O department at UHCW and champion for the less than full time training doctors in UHCW.
