  Mr Kozdryk is committed to training the next generation of surgeons, working as a Clinical and Educational Supervisor for Trauma and Orthopaedic trainees. He contributes regularly to the regional teaching programme, delivering lectures and hands-on training for core trainees and registrars.
  He is an active researcher, having served as Principal Investigator on multicentre randomised controlled trials, and has presented his work at national and international conferences. He has published in several peer-reviewed journals.
  
• Special Interests:
  Mr Kozdryk's practice focuses on complex hip and knee surgery, with a particular interest in revision arthroplasty and the management of periprosthetic joint infections and fractures — some of the most technically demanding cases in orthopaedic surgery. He uses modern techniques including robotic-assisted surgery, the OPS Optimized Positioning System, and custom-made implants to achieve the best possible outcomes for each patient.
