    Mr Hunter is Associate Professor of Transplant Surgery at University of Oxford and has a research programme investigating ways to improve the preservation and repair of donor organs for transplant. He has authored over 50 publications and has over £4m in grant funding. He is lead investigator in a UK multicentre clinical trial assessing wound drain use in transplant and in a single-centre trial assessing cold machine perfusion in pancreas transplant.

    Mr Hunter has a transplant assessment clinic on Monday afternoon and a dialysis access clinic on Thursday morning. He has an all-day operating list on Friday.
