Outstanding Service and Care Awards (OSCAs)

Our annual Outstanding Service and Care Awards (OSCAs) are the Trust's premier form of staff recognition.

The OSCAs celebrate the inspirational work of individuals and teams at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire (UHCW) NHS Trust – whether clinical, non-clinical or from our support services.

Nominations are open to staff and members of the public, with each nominee receiving a certificate containing their submission. In 2025 there were more than 2,300 nominations.

A huge congratulations to the winners at our 18th annual OSCAs ceremony, held at the Coventry Building Society (CBS) Arena on Friday 10th October, 2025.
