Sleep Studies Video Guidance

The UHCW sleep team understand these are worrying times for everybody. Many sleep disordered breathing conditions such as obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) does not put you at high risk against the COVID 19 virus. However, you or other family members you living with you may be suffering with other conditions that do.

In order to maintain our services we have had to make some changes to the way we work in order to ensure that the care of our patients remains safe for everybody. These changes have been made in light of the government guidance around social distancing.

As we are unable to demonstrate tests that we offer with you in the clinic we have designed some informative videos that provide you some visual guidance to help. The appropriate videos should be discussed with you during your appointment.

the COVID 19 pandemic evolves further changes to our clinics are possible which may happen at short notice. We are trying to keep these changes to a minimum but maybe unavoidable and happen with short notice, we ask everyone to bear with us during this difficult time.

We hope that you find them useful and clarify any questions or problems you may have. However, as always if you require any additional help or support please contact the sleep service using the details below.
